- Pack Securely: Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship It Back: Use the prepaid shipping label we provide (free return shipping)
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different model or color, simply return the original item and place a new order. We'll expedite shipping on your new purchase at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
